Amman, April 9 (Petra) — The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded a total trading volume of JD 14.1 million on Thursday, with 3.2 million shares traded through 3,374 transactions.
The overall stock price index closed at 3,707 points, marking a slight increase of 0.06 percent.
Out of 102 listed companies, 41 saw their share prices rise, while 32 recorded declines compared with previous closings, while the rest remain flat.
Sectoral performance showed a 0.33 percent decline in the services index, a 0.22 percent rise in the financial sector, and a 0.14 percent increase in the industrial sector.
