Amman, Dec. 16 (Petra) – Total trading on the Amman Stock Exchange reached JD 8.1 million Tuesday, with 4 million shares exchanged across 3,545 transactions.
The general share price index closed at 3,445 points, up 0.41 percent. The services sector index rose 0.83 percent, the industrial sector gained 0.34 percent, and the financial sector increased 0.23 percent.
Among 105 listed companies traded, 39 recorded price gains, while 24 saw declines.
