Amman, March 1 (Petra) — Trading on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) totaled JD10.5 million on Sunday, with 3.6 million shares changing hands through 3,329 transactions.
The market’s general share price index closed at 3,558 points, down 1.12%.
Of the 97 companies traded, 9 posted gains while 59 closed lower.
By sector, the industrial index fell 2.33%, the services index declined 1.26%, and the financial index slipped 0.63%.
