Amman, Nov. 17 (Petra) – The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) posted a trading volume of JD11.3 million on Monday, with 5.4 million shares changing hands through 3,909 transactions.
The general price index closed at 3,405 points, 0.05 percent up.
The industrial sector index rose by 0.69 percent, the financial sector fell 0.07 percent and the services sector was down by 0.01 percent.
Out of 108 companies on the index, 36 posted gains and 40 dropped.
