Amman, Sept. 10 (Petra)– The total trading value of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Wednesday stood at JD13.2 million, with 6.8 million shares traded through 4,398 transactions.
The general share price index closed at 2,983 points, marking a decrease of 0.12%.
Out of 101 companies whose shares were traded today, 28 recorded gains, while 42 posted losses.
By sector, the industrial index rose by 0.68% and the services benchmark increased by 0.13%, while the financial index declined by 0.45%.
