Manama, March 24 (QNA) – The General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) announced on Tuesday that a number of its personnel, along with members of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces, were injured while performing their duties in repelling Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting Bahraini territory.
In a statement, the General Command mourned the martyr from the UAE Armed Forces, who was killed while performing his duty alongside members of the Bahrain Defense Force.
The statement added that most of the injured have been discharged from hospital after receiving treatment, noting that their injuries ranged from minor to moderate.
Earlier on Tuesday, the UAE Ministry of Defense announced the martyrdom of a Moroccan civilian contractor working with the UAE Armed Forces during a routine mission in Bahrain, following an Iranian missile attack. The Ministry added that the attack also injured five Ministry of Defense personnel. (QNA)
