Doha, September 01 (QNA) – Baladna Q.P.S.C. announced that the subscription period for its rights issue of 535,996,240 new ordinary shares at QAR 1.01 per share closed on August 17, 2026, and that the Qatar Financial Markets Authority approved the subscription results and the listing of the new shares.
In a statement published on Qatar Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company noted that the number of shares subscribed reached 415,488,835 shares (77.5%), while the number of shares unsubscribed amounted to 120,507,405 (22.5%)
The subscribed shares will be registered in subscribers’ accounts with Edaa. The unsubscribed shares will be dealt with in accordance with applicable rules and regulations and with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of July 22, 2026.
Listing and commencement of trading will be announced separately. (QNA)
