Amman, May 23 (Petra)– With an average reaction time of no more than 7:36 minutes, the Public Security Directorate’s Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) handled 1,723 different occurrences over the course of the last 24 hours, which were split between 1,479) emergency cases, 145 rescue incidents, and 99 firefighting incidents.
Rescue occurrences took 7:34 minutes on average, firefighting incidents took 7:35 minutes, and ambulance incidents took 7:36 minutes on average.
The Directorate called on citizens to abide by preventive measures to guarantee their safety, particularly during the summer, and reaffirmed its ongoing readiness to handle a variety of crises.
