Beijing, July 24 (QNA) – China launched today a Lijian-1 Y15 carrier rocket, carrying five satellites into space.
Xinhua News Agency reported that the rocket lifted off at 7:33 am local time from the Dongfeng commercial space innovation pilot zone in northwest China, successfully placing the satellites into their designated orbits.
This mission is the 15th flight of the Lijian-1 rocket series, following the success of the 14th flight on Jun. 15. That flight placed eight commercial remote sensing and environmental monitoring satellites into orbit. (QNA)
