Amman, August 12 (Petra) – Civil Defense personnel put out a fire that broke out at 132/33 kV Al-Subaihi Power Station on Tuesday, according to the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).
In a press statement, the company said civil defense teams quenched the blaze and no injuries were reported, while its NEPCO personnel are currently assessing the damage.
The company added that electrical loads were transferred to other stations to maintain electricity supply.
