Aqaba/Ma’an, Sept 10 (Petra) – Secretary-General of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Samira Al-Zoubi inspected the government service centers in Aqaba and Ma’an on Wednesday to assess service levels and review operations.
Al-Zoubi met with several visitors and listened to their feedback and experiences in completing transactions, stressing that citizen satisfaction is the key benchmark for evaluating government performance. She noted that the centers allow citizens to finalize multiple procedures in one place, saving time and effort while strengthening trust in public institutions.
She said the visits fall within the framework of implementing the Economic Modernization Vision and the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap, both of which emphasize improving efficiency, enhancing the citizen experience, and ensuring fairness in service delivery.
Al-Zoubi praised the staff at both centers for their effective service, highlighting that field follow-ups help identify challenges directly and address them promptly, reflecting the ministry’s commitment to achieving comprehensive modernization goals.
