Kinshasa, April 15 (QNA) – HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Communications, and Public Works of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Jean-Pierre Bemba met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Democratic Republic of the Congo Hamad bin Dhaen Al Kuwari.
