Amman, April 6 (Petra) — The El Hassan Youth Award launched a specialized training course for its administrative and field staff on Monday, as part of a strategic plan to improve operational efficiency and program delivery.
The organization said in a statement that the program is designed to sharpen its employees’ professional skills and deepen their understanding of the award’s core principles and developmental impact on participants.
The training covered the full project lifecycle, from initial registration procedures to the final ceremonies celebrating youth achievements, ensuring a structured and integrated educational experience.
