Brussels, July 31 (QNA) – European stock indices opened higher today, supported by investor appetite for riskier assets following strong gains by technology companies in Asian markets.
Among the major European markets, the French CAC 40 index in Paris rose by 0.75 percent, while the German DAX index in Frankfurt climbed by 0.91 percent.
The British FTSE 100 index in London also rose by 0.60 percent, and the Italian FTSE MIB index increased by 0.68 percent. (QNA)
