Doha, Sept. 15 (Petra) — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, Ayman Safadi, on Sunday met with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani, along with Thomas Barrack, the United States Ambassador to Türkiye and Washington’s Special Envoy to Syria.
The meetings took place on the sidelines of the preparatory session for the Arab-Islamic Emergency Summit in Doha, convened to address the Israeli attack on the State of Qatar.
