2026 (ONA) — Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, held a consultative
meeting in Geneva with Steve Witkoff, Special Envoy of the US President as well
as Jared Kushner, prior to the convening of the Iran-US talks round held today
in Geneva under the aegis of the Sultanate of Oman.
The discussions encompassed a comprehensive
assessment of the broader context surrounding the talks, coupled with an

their success. Conducted in a realistic and constructive spirit, the
consultative meeting sought to enhance prospects for mutual understandings
