Gaza Strip, Dec 20 (Petra) – Thirteen bodies, including seven that were pulled from the rubble, and 20 others wounded in Israeli shelling arrived at hospitals across the Gaza Strip in the last 48 hours, the Gaza Ministry of Health said on Saturday.
A number of victims remained under the rubble or in the streets, as ambulances and civil defense teams were unable to reach them, the ministry said in its daily report on victims of ongoing Israeli bombing despite a ceasefire.
Since the ceasefire on October 11, some 401 Palestinians were killed and 1,108 wounded, raising the death toll from Israel’s aggression on Gaza which began on October 7, 2023, to 70,925 and the number of wounded rose to 171,185.
