Gaza Strip, May 17 (Petra) — Some 153 Palestinians were killed and 459 injured in Israeli bombing in the last 24 hours in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Gaza Health Ministry said Saturday.
That took to 53,272 the death toll from the war that began on on October 7, 2023, and the total number of injuries surged to 120,673, it said in its latest update of casualties, adding that many victims were under the rubble of bombed out buildings, inaccessible by ambulances and civil defense teams.
