its first year since its launch in February 2025, the Government Services
Unified Portal has attracted more than 285,000 users, enabling them to conduct 779,211
electronic transactions. This reflects growing reliance on digital channels
to complete government transactions in the Sultanate of Oman. The portal was
launched by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information
Technology.
The portal also saw the indexing of
more than 3,200 government services, placing them in a unified digital
directory. It represents 58 government institutions and makes available
80 integrated government services through one platform. This enhances the centralization of
government services and provides easy access to them in an efficient and smooth
