Doha, July 16 (QNA) – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call on Thursday from HRH Grand Duke Guillaume of Luxembourg, who offered condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
