Doha, April 06 (QNA) – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Pedro Sanchez.
The call addressed the latest regional developments regarding the ongoing Iranian aggression against the State of Qatar and its repercussions for maritime security in the region.
HE the Spanish Prime Minister also inquired about the situation in the State of Qatar, reiterating his country’s support for and solidarity with the State of Qatar.
During the call, they discussed the escalating tensions in the region and the efforts being made to contain and reduce them, including the situation in Lebanon, where the importance of de-escalation and strengthening stability was emphasized.
The call also explored bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them in various fields. (QNA)
