Khartoum, April 1, 2026 (SUNA) — Minister of Industry and Trade, Mahasin Ali Yagoub, discussed ways for Kuwait to participate in Sudan’s post-war reconstruction, particularly in rebuilding the industrial sector. She emphasized the depth and strength of bilateral relations and Sudan’s commitment to continuing cooperation across all fields.The discussions took place during her meeting on Wednesday at the ministry headquarters in Khartoum with the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Sudan, Fahd Mashari Al-Dhafiri. The two sides addressed issues related to enhancing bilateral cooperation, strengthening shared interests, and building closer ties between the countries.The meeting covered increasing Kuwaiti investments in Sudan, potential entry into agricultural manufacturing, and boosting partnerships in trade and industry.
