Amman, August 4 (Petra) – Interior Minister Mazen Faraya urged on Monday improving administrative performance and enhancing public services quality in Bani Kinanah District in Irbid.
In meetings with the Bani Kinanah governor, his assistant, and district staff, Faraya called for more visits by health and public safety committees to sites and institutions to ensure the availability of health and safety requirements.
He underscored the necessity of following up on people’s complaints and demands, especially regarding water issues and working closely with relevant authorities to secure basic water needs for the Bani Kinanah residents.
He directed the administrative governor to develop plans to boost volunteer efforts in the district, in partnership with the Executive Council, civil society organisations and youth groups, particularly for initiatives such as clean-up campaigns at tourist sites.
