Gaza, July 2 (Petra) – In a tragic incident, sixteen civilians, including women and children, were killed in an Israeli helicopter strike on a residential building in the Zeitoun neighborhood east of Gaza City on Wednesday.
The Civil Defence Directorate in Gaza reported that the strike targeted a house on Al-Basatin Street in the Zeitoun area, resulting in the deaths of seven children and five women among the victims.
The incident has raised widespread condemnation and calls for immediate action to protect civilians in the region.
