Gaza, September 2 (Petra) The number of journalists killed since the start of the Israeli war on Gaza has risen to 248, following the death of journalist Rasmi Jihad Salem.
In an official statement, the Government Media Office in Gaza on Tuesday strongly condemned what it described as the systematic targeting, killing and assassination of Palestinian journalists by Israeli forces.
It called on the International Federation of Journalists, the Federation of Arab Journalists, the international community and relevant organisations to denounce these continued attacks on journalists and media professionals in Gaza.
