Israeli Air Strike in Eastern Lebanon Kills Four, Officials Say

Beirut, March 18 (QNA) – At least four people have been killed and seven others injured in an Israeli air strike in eastern Lebanon, according to Lebanese health authorities.

The emergency operations center at the Ministry of Public Health said in a statement that the strike targeted the city of Baalbek, resulting in multiple casualties.

The latest incident comes amid ongoing Israeli military action in Lebanon, which has intensified in recent weeks.

According to official figures, the total number of people killed since March 2 has risen to 912, with a further 2,221 reported injured.

The escalation has raised concerns over a widening conflict and its humanitarian impact across the region. (QNA)
