Beirut, May 17 (QNA) – The Israeli occupation army continued its attacks on southern Lebanon in violation of the truce that began on April 16 for a period of ten days, was extended on April 24 for three weeks and was again extended last Friday for an additional 45 days.
The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported that an Israeli drone carried out an airstrike on the town of Jibchit in the Nabatieh district in southern Lebanon.
Israeli warplanes also launched a strike targeting the town of Tayr Debba in the Tyre district, while the town of Sohmor in the Western Bekaa in eastern Lebanon was subjected to two airstrikes. (QNA)
