Damascus, July 19 (QNA) – The Israeli occupation army on Sunday fired a flurry of artillery salvos at Tal Al-Ahmar al-Sharqi in the Quneitra countryside of southern Syria, local sources said.
The sources added that the salvos landed in open areas without causing any damage, indicating that this came hours after the occupation army thrust deeper into Eastern Samdaniyah village in the Quneitra countryside and shelled agricultural plots in Hamidiyah village in the Quneitra countryside.
The occupation forces continue to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement by conducting ground incursions into southern Syria, coupled with home raids.
As such, Syria reemphasizes its call on the international community to act to halt these operations and compel the Israeli occupation army to fully withdraw from its territories. (QNA)
