Damascus, August 12 (QNA) – Israeli occupation forces penetrated into the village of Sida al-Hanout in the Quneitra countryside of southern Syria using two military vehicles. After midnight, an Israeli force also penetrated into the village of Ma’ariya in the western Daraa countryside, arresting a young man from the village, searching several homes, and firing shots inside the village.
The occupation forces continue to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria and the execution of raids. Syria reiterates its call for the international community to act urgently to halt these incursions and compel the occupation forces to withdraw completely from Syrian territory. (QNA)
