Issawi: EMV propels Jordan’s political, administrative reforms

Amman, July 17 (Petra) – Chief of the Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) Yousef Issawi on Thursday attended part of the sectoral workshops on agriculture, food security, and healthcare.

Held at the RHC’s headquarters as part of the second phase of the Economic Modernization Vision (EMV), Issawi said the vision, launched under the auspices of His Majesty King Abdullah II, represents a “strategic” national choice.

Issawi noted the RHC’s step to host these workshops reflects a “clear commitment” to His Majesty’s directives to implement the vision within specific timeframes.

Issawi added that the EMV complements the paths of Jordan’s political and administrative modernization, within a comprehensive Royal vision focusing primarily on improving the level of services provided to Jordanian citizens in various fields.

On their significance, he stated these sessions dedicated to the agricultural, food security, and healthcare sectors enjoy “particular importance,” as these sectors are “pillars” of the national economy and affect the citizens’ daily lives.
