Amman, Dec. 29 (Petra) – The Jordan Armed Forces (JAF)-Arab Army on Monday evacuated the 19th group of sick children from the Gaza Strip, comprising 20 patients and 46 companions, as part of the “Jordanian Medical Corridor” initiative launched under Royal directives in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The sick children will undergo treatment in Jordanian hospitals, in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, within the framework of Jordan’s ongoing medical and humanitarian efforts to provide healthcare and medical support to the people of the Gaza Strip.
The group also included 30 patients and 66 companions who will receive treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center, with support from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
