Amman, April 8 (Petra) – The Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) intercepted two Iranian missiles targeting the Kingdom’s territory over the last 24 hours, military officials announced Wednesday.
In a statement released by the Military Media Directorate, authorities confirmed that the Royal Jordanian Air Force successfully engaged and destroyed both projectiles.
Following the aerial engagement, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) reported that its units responded to 12 separate incidents linked to the escalation. While no casualties were reported, the PSD confirmed material damage in Mafraq Governorate and the Central Badia region.
