Amman, April 5 (Petra) — A man in his sixties who was taken to Jerash Government Hospital at dawn on Sunday later died, a spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said.
The body was transferred to the forensic department to determine the cause of death, as the man had been involved in an altercation with another individual before his death.
The spokesperson said the forensic report found no signs of strangulation or physical violence and attributed the cause of death to a heart attack.
The case has been referred to the judiciary for further investigation.
