Amman, Oct. 9 (Petra) – The Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC) announced Thursday the launch of an electronic registration form for Jordanian nurses and midwives working abroad, as part of efforts to establish the “Jordanian Nursing Forum for Expatriates” and create a national database to strengthen communication with nursing professionals worldwide.
The JNC Secretary-General, Dr. Hani Nawafleh, told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that this initiative aligns with the Council’s strategic direction to build bridges of cooperation with Jordanian nurses abroad and maintain active communication channels.
He stated that Jordanian nurses working overseas represent a national asset whose contributions in transferring expertise and knowledge to Jordan help advance the nursing profession and improve healthcare quality.
Nawafleh explained that the forum aims to provide an interactive professional platform linking expatriate nurses with the Council to facilitate the exchange of expertise and boost cooperation with health and educational institutions inside and outside the Kingdom.
He noted that the forum supports national nursing development policies, opens new avenues for professional and scientific cooperation, and enhances Jordan’s representation in international health forums.
Nawafleh called on Jordanian nurses and midwives working abroad to register via the online form [https://forms.gle/o4CaMD13VujDfP476], stressing that this initiative marks a step toward building a national professional network with a global reach.
