Khartoum, May 18, 2026 (SUNA) – The Secretary-General of the Government of Khartoum State, Ahmed Al-Mustafa Ali, chaired a joint meeting between Khartoum State and Zadna Global Investment Company. The meeting discussed areas of joint cooperation in light of the company’s desire to assist in the reconstruction of Khartoum by selecting a range of sectors previously discussed in earlier meetings. Zadna Company presented a proposal to develop Nile Street and Al-Saha Al-Khadra (Green Square) in Khartoum to international standards. For its part, Khartoum State proposed several projects in the fields of road rehabilitation, tourism development, land ports, and bus transport services. The meeting decided to form specialized committees to study the proposed options and present an integrated vision within two weeks to the state government for approval and subsequent implementation following the signing of final agreements.BH/BH
