Amman, Jan 12 (Petra) – Syrian nationals residing in European countries, North and South America, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states will now be allowed to enter Jordan without the need for prior approval, according to a senior official at the Ministry of Interior.
This decision applies to those holding a valid residence permit from their host country, with a minimum validity of four months.
The move is aimed at facilitating the return of Syrians living abroad, allowing them easier access to their home country.
