Amman, August 12 (QNA) – The Jordanian Border Guard units foiled Wednesday an attempt by five people to illegally cross the country’s northern border.
In a statement, the Jordanian Border Guard said that the individuals were detected while attempting to enter the country.
The statement added that Border Guard units applied the established rules of engagement and apprehended the five individuals, who were subsequently referred to the competent authorities for further legal proceedings. (QNA)
