Amman, May 27 (Petra) – Jordan Gate Company, owner of the Sixth Towers project, announced the launch of its marketing campaign and preliminary sales phase for the northern residential tower, scheduled to begin next month.

The announcement came during a site visit by Amman Mayor Yousef Shawarbeh, who toured the project’s facilities in the presence of Jordan Gate Chairman Abdul-Mughni Al-Abdul-Mughni and General Manager Tariq Abdul Rahman. The mayor was briefed on the project’s progress and received a virtual overview of its key features.

Shawarbeh affirmed that construction is proceeding according to established timelines and development plans, with the opening of the residential tower and central commercial mall expected by mid-next year.

He noted that although the project had faced significant delays, the Greater Amman Municipality, in cooperation with Kuwait’s Bayan Investment Holding Company, intervened to ensure its timely completion. He described the project as a forthcoming success story for the capital.

Al-Abdul-Mughni expressed satisfaction with the current pace of work and described Jordan Gate as one of Amman’s most prominent real estate developments. He announced that comprehensive marketing and sales activities, including for residential apartments and commercial units, would commence in the coming weeks.

Jordan Gate is positioned as a national flagship development designed to enhance Amman’s commercial and residential sectors. Located in the strategic Sixth Circle area, the project features modern architectural design and panoramic views, and is envisioned as an integrated destination for living, working, and shopping.

The development includes 43 floors comprising 216 residential apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, two luxury penthouses, a commercial center with 72 retail shops, a health club, gardens, outdoor recreational facilities, and parking for approximately 1,800 vehicles.
