Amman, July 21 (QNA) – Jordan’s military intercepted five drones launched from Iran overnight and into Tuesday morning, a military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces said on Tuesday.
The source said the drones were successfully neutralized in accordance with operational requirements and established defensive procedures. No casualties or material damage were reported.
The source said the armed forces remain on high alert, continue to monitor the Kingdom’s airspace and are prepared to respond to any aerial threat to Jordan’s security and the safety of its citizens. (QNA)
