Amman, Mar. 26 (Petra) – Jordan “strongly” condemned the Iranian attack on the brotherly United Arab Emirates, which resulted in the death of two people of Pakistani and Indian nationality, as well as the injury of 2 Jordanian and Emirati citizens, and an Indian due to falling shrapnel in Abu Dhabi.
In a statement Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed Jordan’s rejection and condemnation of these heinous attacks, which constitute a flagrant violation of the UAE’s sovereignty and a dangerous escalation that threatens the region’s security and stability.
The ministry stressed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with the brotherly UAE in confronting Iranian aggression and its “full” support for all measures taken by the UAE to protect its sovereignty, security, and safety of its citizens and residents.
The ministry also expressed its deepest condolences to the victims’ families, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
