Jordan: Three Iranian Missiles Downed

Amman, July 21 (QNA) – The Jordanian Armed Forces said on Tuesday that the country’s air defense systems intercepted and shot down three Iranian missiles launched towards the kingdom.
According to a military source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces, the interception operation caused no casualties or material damage.
Royal Engineering Corps teams were deployed to the sites where missile debris fell, securing the areas and handling the remnants in accordance with established technical and security procedures, the source added.
The military source stressed that the Jordanian Armed Forces continue to monitor the kingdom’s airspace and maintain full operational readiness to deal with any threat to Jordan’s security and sovereignty. (QNA)
