Amman, Sept. 25 (Petra) — Director of the Public Security Directorate (PSD), Major General Obeidallah Maaytah, met with the British Ambassador to Jordan, Philip Hall, on Thursday.
The talks focused on strengthening cooperation between the two countries’ public security agencies, particularly in policing, security, and the exchange of expertise and training to improve performance and serve the community.
Maaytah highlighted the depth of Jordanian-British relations and the PSD’s commitment to enhancing partnership to advance common interests and support security and stability.
For his part, Hall praised cooperation with the PSD, affirming the United Kingdom’s keenness to continue coordination and exchange expertise in various security fields.
