Amman, June 22 (Petra) – Jordan Post Company (JPC) introduced a fresh lineup of commemorative stamp releases, titled “International Year of Cooperatives (IYC2025)” for sale to the public and stamp collectors, starting Sunday.
According to a JPC statement, the set consists of one stamp worth JD1, while the first-day envelope and a postcard are sold at JD1.5 and JD0.25, respectively.
The release aims to highlight contribution of cooperatives to achieving social and economic development and enhancing their role in fulfilling Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
The statement announced those interested in buying this issue can visit the JPC Postal Department in Amman’s Muqablin neighborhood, next to the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation (JRTV) headquarters.
These releases are also available at post offices nationwide and Jerash Visitors Center.
