Amman, April 5 (Petra) — The Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA) said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with AriesAI to promote the use of artificial intelligence in the hospitality sector.
Under the agreement, the partnership will focus on enabling restaurants and cafes to better understand their customers and make faster, more accurate decisions through the use of “AriesReach”, an AI-powered agent that allows the sector to collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
JRA General Manager Eliana Janineh said the partnership aligns with its efforts to support digital transformation among member restaurants and raise awareness of the importance of adopting modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, to better understand customer behavior and improve service quality.
She added that these tools would help boost the sector’s competitiveness and develop customer experiences in line with global trends in the hospitality industry.
For his part, Jamal Sharar, regional commercial director at AriesAI, said the partnership marks an important step in supporting Jordan’s hospitality sector with AI solutions, enabling businesses to deliver advanced customer experiences and turn customer feedback into actionable insights that support business development.
