Amman, March 2 (Petra) — His Majesty King Abdullah II received a phone call from Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya Mohamed Al Menfi on Monday, during which they discussed ways to de-escalate regional tensions.
His Majesty reiterated Jordan’s condemnation of Iran’s attacks on its territory and a number of Arab countries, which threaten the security and stability of the region.
For his part, Chairman Al Menfi expressed Libya’s solidarity with the Kingdom, and its rejection of any attempt to undermine its stability and the safety of its citizens.
