Kuwait, May 24 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index gained 154.28 points to reach 8,866.33 points, an increase of 1.77 percent.
As many as 422.11 million shares valued at KWD 110 million (roughly USD 336.6 million) were traded via 23,232 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 46.61 points to reach 8,646.23 points, up by 0.54 percent, through 224.12 million shares done via 12,028 transactions valued at KWD 35.3 million (roughly USD 108 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 185.18 points to reach 9,373.26 points, up by 2.02 percent, through 197.9 million shares done via 11,204 transactions valued at KWD 74.7 million (roughly USD 228.5 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 71.90 points to reach 9,614.89 points, up by 0.75 percent, through stock volume of 187.3 million shares done in 9,425 deals at a value of KWD 29.13 million (roughly USD 89.13 million). (QNA)
