Kuwait, August 03 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Monday as the All Share Index gained 117.39 points to reach 8,913.85 points, an increase of 1.33 percent.
As many as 296 million shares valued at KWD 84.1 million (roughly USD 274.3 million) were traded via 14,991 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 457.42 points to reach 9,216.48 points, up by 5.22 percent, through 126.4 million shares done via 7,926 transactions valued at KWD 21.2 million (roughly USD 69.1 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 51.07 points to reach 9,312.08 points, up by 0.55 percent, through 169.6 million shares done via 11,565 transactions valued at KWD 62.8 million (roughly USD 204.8 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 73.55 points to reach 10,173.59 points, up by 0.73 percent, through stock volume of 96.5 million shares done in 5,749 deals at a value of KWD 16.7 million (roughly USD 54.4 million). (QNA)
