Kuwait, August 12 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Wednesday as the All Share Index gained 24.61 points to reach 8,860.63 points, an increase of 0.28 percent.
As many as 267.7 million shares valued at KWD 67.8 million (roughly USD 221 million) were traded via 19,413 transactions.
The Main Market Index went up by 26.36 points to reach 8,893.90 points, up by 0.08 percent, through 179.1 million shares done via 10,514 transactions valued at KWD 31.7 million (roughly USD 103.3 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 25.51 points to reach 9,313.45 points, up by 0.27 percent, through 88.6 million shares done via 8,899 transactions valued at KWD 36 million (roughly USD 117.3 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 34.84 points to reach 10,374.77 points, up by 0.34 percent, through stock volume of 134 million shares done in 7,420 deals at a value of KWD 24.3 million (roughly USD 79.2 million). (QNA)
