Kuwait City, March 03 (QNA) – The State of Kuwait strongly condemned the Iranian attack targeting the US embassy in Kuwait, describing it as “brutal and unacceptable.”
In a statement, the Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attack violates international law, including the 1949 Geneva Conventions and the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which guarantee the immunity of diplomatic premises and personnel even during armed conflict.
The statement reaffirmed Kuwait’s full right to take all necessary measures to protect the security of its territory, citizens, residents, and vital interests. (QNA)
