Kuwait City, March 11 (QNA) – Kuwait Ministry of Defense has announced that the armed forces intercepted a wave of hostile aerial targets that entered Kuwaiti airspace on Tuesday.
Colonel Saud Al Otwan, the ministry’s official spokesperson, said that Kuwait’s air defense systems engaged five enemy drones, destroying four, while one drone fell outside the threat area.
Al Otwan added that the explosions heard in some areas of the country were the result of the air defense systems intercepting the hostile targets. (QNA)
